Bulldog Broadband... So where shall we begin?
Shall we start with the service?
How about the speed?
What about the customer services?
We could start with the emails, lack of snailmail post, incorrect bills, too much taken out of my account on a billing month, corrections on bills, the wrong number on the SINGLE postal letter I recieved.
Maybe it should be the point that when you sign up for them they make no mention of the fact that you'll have an LLU line, thus moving ISP's means requesting a "Return to Donor" from BT, having to schedule a day of for BT to swap the line back over and then having to wait weeks for the new ISP to connect?
Maybe it'd be better to start with the fact that when I requested a "Migration Code" as stated in the OfCom agreement Bulldog are signed up for I was told that 'we don't give out migration codes until you cancel' even though the OfCom agreement says otherwise (apparently any customer who has a Bulldog Line cannot get a migration code... Anyone wanting a Bulldog Connection MUST have a Bulldog Line so why the fuck are they signed up onto the OfCom agreement????)
Or maybe the best way to start is with the words "Don't EVER go with Bullshit fucking Broadband because they're a pitiful excuse for an ISP. Check out the Watchdog site and ADSLGuide if you need further proof of their ineptitude!
